Overview

Alongside schoolwork, I have kept handwritten notes from two self-directed study efforts and published them as public GitHub repositories. They are not research and not an ongoing publishing habit, just a record of material I worked through on my own.

Machine Learning Specialization

69 pages of handwritten notes from Andrew Ng's Machine Learning Specialization by Stanford Online and Deeplearning.AI. Organized into three PDFs, corresponding to its three courses: Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification; Advanced Learning Algorithms; and Unsupervised Learning, Recommenders, and Reinforcement Learning.

The Theoretical Minimum

54 pages of handwritten notes from Leonard Susskind's Classical Mechanics course in The Theoretical Minimum series at Stanford, covering Newtonian, Lagrangian, Hamiltonian, and Poisson formulations of mechanics; phase space; the principle of least action and Euler-Lagrange equations; symmetries, conservation laws, and Noether's theorem; Liouville's theorem; and applications to electric and magnetic fields, including the Lorentz force, vector potentials, and gauge invariance.
